Territory Sales Manager

What We're Looking For:
Global manufacture of waterproof and indestructible protective cases designed for military, law enforcement, industrial, seeks a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team.

A Day In The Life…
This role is pivotal in driving our ambitious goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Ideal candidates thrive in partner collaboration, excel in lead generation, and are adept at closing sales. This is a remote role based in North or South East US.

Additional Responsibilities To Include:
  • Prospect and secure new accounts in the US commercial market.
  • Manage accounts effectively, fostering positive customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
  • Conduct business development by researching potential accounts, identifying key contacts, and generating interest through targeted sales efforts.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate strong self-motivation and work ethic in an independent setting.
  • Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across organizational levels, including executives and C-level contacts.
  • Utilize CRM software proficiently to manage sales activities, forecasts, and actual sales data.
  • Deliver client-focused solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Showcase excellent negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Apply knowledge of performance metrics and financial processes to drive results.
  • Travel frequently within assigned territory
  • Engage in proactive outreach to strategic leads via cold calling and other lead generation methods.
  • Revitalize dormant accounts through dedicated sales initiatives.
  • Attend assigned tradeshows and corporate sales meetings as required.
Skills You'll Need To Have:
  • 3+ years of sales and negotiation experience.
  • Preferred background in sales within the packaging industry.
  • College degree or relevant certifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong work ethic and adaptability.
  • Detail-oriented with resourcefulness and analytical thinking.
  • Problem-solving skills with a business acumen and global perspective.
  • Results-driven and ambitious with effective interpersonal abilities.
  • Availability for tradeshows, sales meetings, and special events

  • Competitive base salary of $65k-72k.
