We’re on the lookout for a motivated, high-energy, and results-driven Regional Sales Account Manager - East Coast to join our US Commercial Sales Team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines, driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Territory includes: NY, OH, PA, West VA, MI, WI, and IL

We provide a wide range of protective cases for professionals in various industries, including photography, military, law enforcement, and industrial applications.
What You’ll Do:
- Hunt for New Business: You'll be a proactive sales "hunter" eager to identify and close new opportunities.
- Manage & Grow Accounts: Take charge of existing accounts, nurturing relationships to maximize their potential while driving growth and ensuring continued satisfaction.
- Sell with Passion: Present, promote, and sell our world-class products and services to existing and prospective customers. You’ll aim high, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in your territory.

- Generate Leads: Reach out to potential customers through cold calls, lead generation sources, and networking to build a strong pipeline.
- Win Back Lost Clients: Don’t shy away from reactivating dormant accounts, giving them new life with fresh solutions.
- Own Your Territory: Build, develop, and grow your customer database, ensuring positive relationships and maximizing sales potential.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and corporate events to keep up with industry trends and share our company vision.
- Analyze & Report: Provide insightful reports on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities to fuel strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, customer service, and other teams to ensure smooth sales processes and exceed customer expectations.
What You Bring:
- 3 to 5 years of sales and negotiation experience.
- Sales experience in the packaging or protective case industry? That’s a big plus!
- A college degree or relevant certifications that complement your expertise.
- You’re based in the US North East and ready to travel as needed.
- A rock-solid communicator, both written and verbal, who knows how to close deals.
- CRM experience is a must – you know how to make data work for you.
- Autonomous, adaptable, and versatile – you thrive when given independence but know how to be a team player.
- A problem solver with sharp analytical skills, business savvy, and global vision.
- Willingness to attend trade shows, sales meetings, and special events as needed.
- A valid passport and the ability to travel as needed as required.

- Base salary: $60,000 - $75,000k
- Bonus Payouts: Achieve your sales targets and unlock even more earnings, with uncapped overachievement bonuses at 2% on sales above your annual budget.
