Corporate Sales Manager

We’re Looking For:

Join us as a Corporate Sales Manager and be a driving force in our mission to grow through corporate gifting solutions. In this role, you'll lead corporate sales, manage a team of Field Sales Specialists and Customer Service Reps, and handle high-value corporate orders. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify quick wins and long-term sales strategies, and work closely with our Marketing team to develop compelling campaigns that captivate our target audience. A Day In The Life:
  • Set and Achieve Goals: Drive revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Innovate Sales Solutions: Create and implement inventive sales strategies, including lead generation, account management, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Develop Unique Gifts: Craft new gifting solutions tailored to our target audience.
  • Report and Analyze: Provide accurate reporting on lead generation and sales efforts to offer detailed pipeline status.
  • Lead and Inspire: Conduct regular sales meetings to motivate your team, delivering ongoing training and fresh information.
  • Engage Clients: Foster relationships with potential and existing clients to boost revenue opportunities.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Improve customer satisfaction through exceptional service interactions.

What You Must Have:
  • Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience with larger corporations; gifting product space experience preferred.
  • Customer Collaboration: Proven ability to understand customer requirements and industry best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building relationships and working cross-functionally.
  • Innovative Mindset: A willingness to challenge the status quo and improve processes, contributing to our growth strategy.
  • Autonomy: Comfortable working independently with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot strategies while maintaining attention to detail and delivering results.
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Preferred: Sales training or relevant courses.
