Overview We are seeking a VP of Marketing to join our team. In this role you will act as a creative storyteller who can inspire all kinds of thinkers, be effective at influencing stakeholders, and skilled at balancing creative aspiration with logistical realities; someone who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves.
DAY IN THE LIFE
Collaborate with design, merchandising, and senior marketing leadership to develop seasonal marketing initiatives and campaigns in support of the and positioning
Develop seasonal messaging calendars line in collaboration with design, merchandising, CRM, and growth marketing teams
Develop long-term brand strategy and annual brand plans, defining the brand value proposition, messaging frameworks, customer segmentation and passion points map, and a strong calendar of compelling and inspirational brand initiatives. Work end to end to ensure ideas are properly conceived and executed, partnering with Integrated Marketing and channel partners.
Connect with the catalyst consumer through unique cultural marketing initiatives that complement our key brand plans - including partnerships, community activations and storytelling - that speak to key passion points.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing
Minimum 15 years’ relevant marketing experience preferably in apparel or lifestyle brand
Minimum 10 years’ leadership experience
Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of leveraging analytics to drive business performance
Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to effectively and succinctly communicate with and influence multiple stakeholders across all levels
