Manufacturer leader of innovative outdoor living products seeks a Marketing Manager to join their expanding team!

  • Manage and maintain product catalog(s), collateral material and technical documentation ensuring accurate, on-time updates in collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute tradeshows and events including content, logistical planning, vendor coordination, collateral, and exhibit needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to expand employee communication (e.g., monthly newsletter)
  • Develop market awareness, analyze market trends, and recommend best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Author, edit and drive copy and graphic direction for all public-facing communication across multiple mediums ensuring brand consistency and precise grammatical and style accuracy.
  • Manage website, including design, maintenance, and enhancement of content.
  • Lead, manage, and coach team member(s) to ensure development and superior performance through regular and ongoing feedback and performance development conversations and assessments.
  • Manage and educate external resources and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Work with the Product Manager to create and implement communication plans and content to ensure successful new product launches.
  • Maintain and assess industry memberships, research relevant new opportunities.
  • Lead development of a yearly marketing plan and budget.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience; experience in B2B marketing
  • 3+ years managing, developing, and coaching talent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other desktop creative and publishing programs; experience with web-based interface (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics) and SEO and SEM practices.
  • Exemplary writing, copy development and grammatical accuracy is imperative
  • Annual Base Salary 90K-110k DOE
