- BS, BA Degree required ,MBA preferred.
- 5 plus years’ experience in sales management in facilities or industrial sales
- equipment manufacturers.
- Must be strategic, organized and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your district and team.
- Possess excellent presentation skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to manage change.
- Demonstrate a track record of successful internal partner relationships that result in the achievement of sales and operations objectives.
- Proven leadership ability with demonstrated ability to motivate and achieve results through others.
- Excellent computer skills : CRM, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
