  • Responsible for sales growth in assigned markets including market penetration, new opportunity development.
  • Works proactively with the sales team to select existing and prospective high-profile accounts to identify and pursue growth opportunities aligned with Company’s strategic objectives.  Achieve sales growth targets by assigning optimal growth targets to Account Managers
  • Integrate all internal and external resources to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop future leaders and strong contributors through the use of Performance Excellence and succession planning.
  • Coaching and developing MTS team; ensuring they are appropriately coaching TSR personnel.
  • Visiting markets regularly to develop understanding of targeted customer needs.
  • Qualify and maintain client pipeline and reporting tools.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the markets within assigned territories in order to help Account Managers plan and penetrate customers with appropriate sales strategy.
  • Work with hospital leadership, senior management and staff to maximize product offerings.
  • Interface with other divisional managers, corporate management, clients and sales personnel.
  • Improve and refine processes to increase sales, gain operational efficiencies and reduce cost.
  • Demonstrate proficient leadership skills that motivate employees and builds competent teams.
  • Demonstrate the leadership to inspire others by modeling a positive commitment to the business, peers, other departments, direct reports, and clients.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to problem solve quickly
  • Thorough understanding of the financial aspects of the business.
  • Proven solution consultative sales expertise with entrepreneurial mind-set of business problem solving acuity
  • Proven ability to interface with internal and external C-Level executives and development understanding and strategic alignment.
  • Proven executive presence to include polished public speaking and presentation skills
  • P&L management acumen
  • Knowledge of healthcare, hospital industry or medical equipment industry required.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to include ability to influence and persuade.
  • Strong collaboration and team-building skills
  • Results and goal oriented.
  • BS, BA Degree required ,MBA preferred.
  • 7 plus years’ experience in medical sales management of the healthcare industry, including an understanding of hospital operations, alternate care providers, and medical
  • equipment manufacturers.
  • Must be strategic, organized and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your district and team.
  • Possess excellent presentation skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to manage change.
  • Demonstrate a track record of successful internal partner relationships that result in the achievement of sales and operations objectives.
  • Proven leadership ability with demonstrated ability to motivate and achieve results through others.
  • Excellent computer skills : CRM, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Travel up to 40% in designated territory
