WHO WE ARE
 National Supply Chain Leader in providing innovative service solutions which range from warehousing, to professional staffing, to invoice management, to consulting seeks a Field Staffing Coordinator to join their expanding team! Overall responsibilities include day–to-day oversight and supervision of the operations for construction crews. In this role you should be experienced with and possess strong operations, office administration, human resources, performance management, labor relations, customer service and problem-solving skills.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO 
  • Supervise field staff including ongoing performance management, administering discipline, employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Respond to customer staffing requests to ensure adequate staffing and report program successes/challenges.
  • Review/Approve payroll for field staff
  • Responsible for monthly reporting including Union reporting, expense tracking and monthly reconciliation.
  • Administer human resources plans and procedures for all program personnel; assisting with the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; preparing and maintaining employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
  • Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.
  • Labor relations management in collaboration with Union representatives
  • Assure personnel policies and procedures are adhered to and maintains employee handbook/policies and procedures manual.
  • Review, manage, track and respond to unemployment claims.
 WHAT YOU NEED 
  • Preferred Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Background in construction management, human resources strongly preferred.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish a Plus
