We Are:
Global Leader and Manufacturer in the Commercial, Military and Government space seeking a Regional Sales Manager with technical packaging expertise to  join our team.  In this role you will plan, direct, and coordinate the strategy and actions necessary to build product applications within the aerospace, defense contractors and military organizations. Remote role where you can live anywhere in territory: Mid-Atlantic: Pennsylvania,  Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia and Delaware.
You Will:
  • Cultivate relationships with decision makers at key aerospace, defense & government organizations, prime military contractors/sub-contractors, and OEM´s.
  • Establish new direct customers and work with existing client base to develop new business within assigned region.
  • Perform internet, catalogue or tradeshow research on potential clients and competitive products with emphasis on Aerospace/Defense Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Military/Defense organizations within assigned region.
  • Network with internal manufacturing and operations personnel as appropriate to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Conduct formal contract reviews on defined projects.
  • Attend Trade shows within the assigned region.
  • Preparation of proposals and quotations.
  • Develop forecasts, and to submit reports outlining the goals, activities, and progress within the assigned region.
  • Update customer database (CRM) and document customer-related activity.
You Bring:
  • Ability to communicate technical sales information clearly and concisely to distributors/dealers, OEM’s and end-users.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or comparable related subject.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills essential.
  • Travel,  as necessary, travel within designated area We Offer:
