Regional Sales Representative

What We’re Looking For:
Expanding global OEM manufacturer for the commercial, government, aviation- aerospace, law enforcement, safety, industrial, and technology industries seeks top talent to join their growing team. Working remotely, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, maintaining and up selling existing accounts and maximizing revenue and profits within an assigned territory. The territory consists of: Washington State, Oregon, and Alaska.
 
What We Need Done (Job You’ll Do):
  • Sells into assigned territory with the goal of exceeding growth goals of the product category.
  • Maintains existing business as well as pursue new client acquisition
  • Champions value proposition in assigned territory and brand in the local community.
  • Builds long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers.
  • Creates and executes a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds stated revenue and profit targets.
  • Meets regularly with customers in sales territory to understand their evolving needs.
  • Educates direct customers and distribution networks on offer and purchase options.
  • Attend local and regional trade shows.
  • Understands, applies and synthesizes complex data/information regarding customers and product offerings.
 
What You’ll Need (to be successful in this role):
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent "on-the-job" experience.
  • 4 plus years selling direct and via a distributor/distribution network
  • Selling techniques: open, probe, presentation, over-coming objections.
 
What We’re Offering You (Compensation):
  • Base Salary: 70k-75k
  • Uncapped Commissions paid quarterly and annually based on sales dollars
