What We’re Looking For:
Global Third Party Logistics Company seeks an HR Manager to join their expanding team!  In this role, you will be directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function to include: employee relations, policies & procedures, benefits administration, compensation, payroll HRIS, training and development , legal compliance and talent acquisition. We are seeking someone who is seeking to grow quickly into a HR Director level role. 
What We Need (Job You’ll Do):
  • Develop various human resources plan and procedures for all US-based personnel.
  • Plan, organize and administer all activities of the department; assign daily goals, tasks, and assignments.
  • Manages other employees of the department and  responsible for leadership of the employees within its department.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations; advises managers and assists in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Oversees benefits administration.
  • Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt positions; extends job offers; monitors on boarding and background check; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-path program and employee relations counseling.
  • Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Oversees semi-monthly payroll process and ensures file-feed from/to all the vendors.
What You’ll Need (to be successful in this role):
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist role.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP designation a plus.
  • Previous experience with web/cloud-based HRIS and Payroll processing systems
  • Proficient with MS Office, strong email skills (Outlook, Gmail)
  • Strong analytic, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven management leadership skills, while taking a “hands on” implementation.
