What We’re Looking For:
A global manufacturer in the aerospace industry that designs, manufacturers and services over 300 customers in 30 countries seeks a Customer Service Manager to join their expanding team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and development Customer Service inside sales team while supporting management vision and initiatives through positive communication and support. 
What We Need (Job You’ll Do):
Manage existing processes and compliance, following internal guidelines the company has established.
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
Oversee and lead day-to-day operations and team of the Customer Service Department
Develop quotation strategies and determine RFQ priorities and policies
Manage product line quotations & pricing structure quotes
Increase conversion rates and sales, streamline procedures
Support the customer service team with challenging customer interactions, positive communication, strong leadership and learning opportunities.
Performs personnel functions including maintaining attendance records, advising employees on company policy, hiring, termination, and performance evaluation.
What You’ll Need (to be successful in this role):
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 year’s experience as a Customer Service Manager providing customer service support.
A strong leader, coach and developer of teams.
Excellent knowledge of Management Methods and Techniques.
