Manufacturing Engineer

OVERVIEW

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of building high-reliability RF electronics that power mission-critical applications. You won’t just be maintaining processes—you’ll be designing smarter ways to manufacture, improving product performance, and shaping the future of our operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving continuous improvement, and working cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, and production teams. Your work will directly influence product quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

DAY IN THE LIFE
 

  • Optimize Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, cut cycle times, and eliminate waste, ensuring world-class efficiency.
  • Lead New Product Introductions: Partner with R&D to launch new products seamlessly into production—developing scalable, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes.
  • Champion Quality: Collaborate with the Quality team to uphold rigorous industry standards. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions that prevent issues before they arise.
  • Support Production Teams: Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and technical support, resolving bottlenecks and keeping production on track.
  • Document & Report: Keep processes crystal-clear with accurate documentation, SOPs, and reporting on KPIs that guide smart decision-making.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Take ownership of initiatives that reduce costs, boost reliability, and raise the bar for operational excellence.

What You Bring
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field (Master’s a plus).
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of IPC 610, IPC 620, MIL-STD-883, ISO, and AS9100 standards.
  • Expertise in assembly methods: soldering, wire bonding, die attach, epoxy attach, PCBAs, machining, plating, etc.
  • Strong understanding of materials and processes across metals, ceramics, thermoplastics, semiconductors, and electronics.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, process flows, and assembly documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/MRP systems experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of applying analytical methods to overcome technical challenges.
  • Self-motivated, communicative, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
