This position will play a critical role in shaping company’s procurement strategy to support the company’s ambitious growth plans. As an integral part of a lean and dynamic leadership team, this individual must be able to operate as both a hands-on contributor and a strategic leader, with the ability to build and scale a high-performing procurement team over time.

A deep understanding of raw materials, molding technologies, and global supply chains will be essential in driving efficiencies, enhancing quality, and ensuring supplier reliability as Company expands its product offerings and market reach.

A Day In The Life…


  • Develop and execute a scalable procurement strategy aligned with company’s aggressive growth objectives and evolving business needs.
  • Operate as an individual contributor while establishing the foundation for a future procurement team.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strong supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery reliability.
  • Negotiate high-value supplier contracts, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize cost savings and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to drive efficiency and alignment in procurement processes.
  • Implement best-in-class sourcing methodologies, inventory management techniques, and risk assessment frameworks to support rapid scaling.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market fluctuations, and emerging materials to maintain company’s competitive edge.
  • Drive cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining product integrity, regulatory compliance, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track procurement performance and optimize operational decision-making.
 

Skills You'll Need To Have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor in a fast-scaling organization.
  • Deep expertise in sourcing materials for vacuum, rotational, and injection molding processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing cost-effective, high-quality supplier agreements.
  • Experience implementing procurement technology solutions, ERP systems, and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to adapt, build, and scale processes in a private equity-backed company.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
  • Ability to navigate complex supplier networks, global supply chains, and logistics challenges.

 

What We’re Offering


Base Salary: 170k-200k DOE
Bonus: Annual plus other incentives
