  • Review and maintain product structure on run time, setup time for manufacturing processes.
  • Provides cost estimates for new products and product revisions and to support quotation.
  • Monitor daily the time declared by operators on manufacturing orders to ensure accurate actual cost and make updates in ERP system when necessary.
  • Conduct on demand analysis of product gross margin and/or profitability.
  • Implement all capital expenditure processes, tracks all payment plans and coordinates with various departments to accurately reflect CIP and Fixed Asset balances.
  • Report and analyze production scrap.
  • Tracks and reports Return Material Authorization (RMA).
  • Maintain and reports on the inventory cycle count program by reviewing and auditing of inventories on finished goods, raw materials, work in process (WIP), tooling, and fixed assets. Ensures inventory discipline is maintained.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and production analysis, product and customer analysis.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system cost accounting module to ensure system integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide support data on Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year College or University in Accounting or an equivalent degree.
  • 5 or more years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in analyzing Information , Reporting Research Results, Financial Software, Statistical Analysis, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Tracking Budget Expenses, Cost Accounting, Accounting, Data Processing
  • Base Salary: 85k-100k
